Q: I can't find my listing

A: This issue is caused by the following:

  1. The database has not been updated on the 1st week of every month. We may have not yet updated the most recent listings from our company database to the Doctor Locator. These updates are done right around the 1st of every month. If after this time, you still do not see your listing, please contact your Sales Specialist.
  2. You may have to drill down further on the map, zooming in closer until you see your listing, as many listings overlap on the map in concentrated areas. If you still do not see your listing when zoomed in as far as possible, please contact your Sales Specialist.
  3. We may not have your listing in our database correctly. Please contact your Sales Specialist to verify your listing in our database, so it will update properly to the Doctor Locator.
